One of the things that always leaves me curious is why do change initiatives created by inteeligent well meaning people fail to take hold and deliver the value for which they were intended? Any ideas? I'd like to get people's thoughts on this topic. (more)

Getting your lubrication technicians trained and certified is only the first step. Without proper support and drive for program improvement, there are no benefits in certification.  You’d be surprised at how many times I’ve actually seen the situation play out exactly as mentioned... (more)
