I'm of the opinion that this is more positive and yes, the fun may wear but the visual pleasantness will have the WOW effect. People will notice and take pride and toss-in. I think this think also has a moral impact and gives people a boost.

Sure, until the fun wears off. An initiative that's based on fun has to be regularly updated to stay fresh and effective.

If we could only make getting rid of defects this fun. Or maybe we need a splat!!! sound for killing bugs in our plants?
