The video is based on NFPAs publication "NFPA 70E: Electrical Safety in the Workplace." The mesage: always de-energize and lock out electrical equipment before working on it. In cases where it is infeasible to do so, wear the appropriate personal protective equipment as defined by NFPA 70E.
