Looking for comment. We use 2140 with triaxial accelerometer and can not collect viable data from this motor or its base frame. Motor is mounted on resilient mounts (can take data of other points on machine but not the motor) The unit displays an error every time we place the accelerometer on the motor casing but works fine everywhere else. When we use a non ferrous buffer between the accelerometer and casing the readings are ok but not great.

Motor is VSD. You can see the SKF detector pen climbing rapidly but more so when close to motor. Circulating currents - yes but why can we not gain a reading with the VA?
