Please verify your accelerometer orientation. When I did the preceeding animation, I assumed some of your readings were taken with the acceleromter normal to the surface. This will change some of the phase readings 180.
An easy way to document this is to place arrows showing the normal directions. If the accelerometer is placed opposite to your established norm, the phase reading should be corrected. If the reading is more than 180°, subtract 180°. If the reading is less than 180°, add 180°.
In the animation database, the reading is corrected by placing a minus sign in front of the DOF label.
