AMS 5.1 does not recognize CSI 2120, I have checked port, IRQ, transfer info and nothing works. I think I solved this problem years ago but I am old now and have forgotten. I used the same 2120 6 months ago and it worked fine. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Talmadge

What version of MHM software are you running? My next guess is the use of the RBMWizard. Have you tried running the DBFix program to see if it tells you anything? Be careful using it, if you have never tried it before. It can lose a lot of data if you choose the wrong options after it finishes checking the database for errors. Something may be wrong in the way the "Wizard" program is handling the information it has created in some of the machines' configurations. Thanks and Have a Great Day,...
