Raul-Miguel ·
I am a new user of MHM, and I am trying to make a backup of database in MHM v5.7 but appears several errors because zip tool could not found files *.mdb *.dbz. I have database in a folder named custdataPlant1 not in the default custdata. Thanks

Are you sure you have everything setup to save the Spectrum, Waveform and Trend when you collect the data? Thanks and Have a Great Day, Ralph

Are you using the Database utility program under the tools tab or are you right clicking on a database in the vibration analysis tab to start your zip?

Go to file/windows explorer, go to rbmsuite folder, you should see custdata, in your case, custdataPlant1, you will see a folder with the name of the database you want to back up, you will also need the corresponding .rbm file. So copy the database folder and the .rbm file, these two items have your complete database information including oil, infrared, ultrasound etc Dave
