Should i ok the machine and continue to monitor change. 3 Responses

We have installed a new machine over easter, but i have recorded some readings that i am not happy with. All low frequency readings from the motor driving the two bearings and shaft. I also have a thermal concern , one bearing is 20 degrees hotter than the other . The motor runs at 2259 RPM and the spike of concern reads at 4500rpm. I think there is looseness and unbalance present and combined with the extra heat around the bearing I am not prepared to sign the machine off. What do we think. The spike is x2 thr running speed of the motor and around 7mm/s
