I do not know if it is the right forum but I am looking for the process of availability forecasting for mining equipment ?
An article said For operational availability Ao = (CH-MH)/CH where CH (calendar hours) is the total time and MH (maintenance hours) is time in hours in which the equipment is in maintenance. The maintenance hours can be viewed as Hours of corrective maintenance (HCM) and Hours of non-corrective maintenance (HNCM).
A common practice in maintenance management is to establish a plan for preventive maintenance based on operating hours (HORs) known as 52-weeks maps, refer to scheduled stoppages over the year.
Can anyone give me a template of 52 weeks map (on a spreadsheet) that I can adapt and guide me to the process of forecasting availability using a spreadsheet not a software ?
Thanks in advance
