ATOMIZER Vibration trend increse

It would be interesting to accurately know the atomizer shaft speed for the three measurement sets. If you did not measure speeds (motor and atomizer) with strobe or tachometer, then you may still get speeds from vibration FFT using cursor interpolation feature, if available. My standard practice is to make a low frequency high resolution spectrum on the motor for speed/load and motor diagnostics. If atomizer speed were decreasing over time (as compared to motor speed), then belt wear and low tension could be indicated. A lower shaft speed might explain the change in the vibration response by location and direction.

If Health Status = Good, then why are you recommending any Maintenance Actions? How can you tell Maintenance person to do two work activities without proper justification? This is one of many ways to loose credibility for making accurate diagnosis and responsive/practical recommendations for Corrective Actions. Measuring belt tension may be a justified recommendation, if indicated by your data and if a short machine shutdown can be accommodated for tension measurement and correction.
