Hi. Does anyone know this type of defect. We suspect electrical foult ( bad grounding ). Grey pipe ( steel ) is put on board korn ship. My idea is when transferring the korn from ship static voltage is happening and is offloaded through bearing. Please see attached PDF of bearing.

Actually, there are two bearing inside housing. Sorry for not being clear.

The first thing I have noticed is that seat-bearing and shaft-bearing tolerances are not suitable so you have bearing rings rotating inside the housing and on the shaft
