in my plant one of the centrifugal compressor having lube oil pump which is backpulled out type.recently i observed continous vibration only pump drive and nondrive around 15gE and 27gE values and velocity was below 2mm/s envlope.i think there may be flow issue problem.let me know how to analyze these type of issues.u can see the spectrum. thanks in advance.

I may be wrong, but what I see is a 1XRPM that is not reflecting an Unbalance. Rather the 1XRPM is an indication of a support bracket becoming loose. This is also causing uncertain fluctuation of the Enveloping Signature and flow. Check for looseness with Strobe or touch. Hope this helps.
Have you collected data at Vertical and axial direction on NDE and DE. It does not seems to be a flow related issue based on the spectral data. What about the process parameters- is there any differential pressure indication across the suction strainer. Is this a long term issue or happened after any shutdown/maintenance
