CYCLOIDAL REDUCER VIBRATION

Hi everybody,

I need to evaluate condition cycloidal reducer (1 stage) (Simitomo). But i don't know how to calculate eccentric bearing frequency (621 GXX - NTN manufacturer ), Mesh frequencies? Worn bearing, disc pattern in spectrum?

Pls help me?

I found some topics and read "AGMA_Technical_Paper_Sumitomo_Cycloidal_Vibration_Analysis". The paper  suggested for monitoring FTF eccentric bearing. But i don't know how to calculate this frequency. I have found some links but only have frequency for normal bearings.Can you help me?

Sorry, I haven't done any work on this type drive in about 10 years but as I recall the bearing was special, almost a proprietary design.  But just for that reason Sumitomo was willing to share the information, because you could only source it from them. 

I would suggest you contact your local Sumitomo office and see what information you might be able to obtain.  Make sure you have the nameplate information available when you contact them.
