Edit and Delete Functions on the Forum

Hello Forum Admin and members,

Recently there have been updates on the website including the controls of the poster on their posts. Now I'm not able to delete or edit some of my posts.

For the threads that I started, the controls are different from one to another. Some are without delete function. Some are without edit function.

For replies, many of my posts do not have the edit function.

Is this a common IT bug or it's only on my account? Any solutions to suggest?
