At the rack, most likely "no".  Many years ago there used to be a module for one of the very old BN racks that would electronically do a waveform compensation (as opposed to a vector subtraction).  Then API specifications came along that did not permit electronic compensation of any kind.

Most diagnostic instruments that connect to the rack outputs can do either a vector or a waveform compensation and of course your System 1 display of data can also be compensated.
