My understanding is that the CSI-2115 analyzer can measure shaft speed and phase. Here is a link to an old paper describing the 2115 for balancing:

Kishore, if the vibration frequency of interest is at 1x shaft speed, then you can do ODS test with 2115 by measuring shaft speed (tachometer connected to BNC on analyzer) and vibration amplitude filtered at 1x shaft speed. I use Excel Scatter Plot to make scaled X-Y plots of vibration amplitude and linear dimensions to measurement points. All points in a single plot should be in same plane and have same sensor orientation. Typically, if phase angle is less than +/- 90-deg, then it is plotted in-phase, otherwise out-of-phase. You do need a tachometer (or strobe with signal output) and a coaxial cable with BNC connector.
