Reliability Sales Consultant
To be based in Western US (home based with extensive traveling)

The focus of the role is to discover and close Reliability Services opportunities including consulting with customers to discover Reliability Business Cases, support Gap Analyses and define the scope of work for overall Reliability Programs to achieve strong financial results.

Internally, you work closely with the account management and engineering teams within region and externally, you work intensively with customers to develop strategies and define scopes of work that achieve financial results including: Financial Case Studies, Change Management, culture change acceleration programs, Predictive Maintenance Programs, reliability improvement programs, Condition Monitoring technologies, Maintenance Policies and Procedures, KPI implementation, ...

Specific responsibilities include:
"¢ Work with regional sales managers to define opportunities
"¢ Lead the sales efforts for Reliability Services such that the region can meet metrics defined for orders and revenue
"¢ Work with customers to develop the right maintenance strategies to achieve the expected business objectives
"¢ Develop Regional Opportunities brought by Sales Account Managers into Orders
"¢ Provide expert consultation on reliability programs to sales force and customer base
"¢ Expand the company's reliability services reputation through conference presentations, papers and training

The successful candidate will have a strong background as a Reliability Consultant and a good understanding of Maintenance, Condition Monitoring or Reliability issues.
You have a technical understanding of Industrial Plants, Condition Monitoring & Predictive Maintenance Programs technologies

Additional requirements:

"¢ The executive presence and confidence needed to establish and maintain relations with top level executives from the customer organizations
"¢ Excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
"¢ Demonstrated capability to work within team to develop and close orders
"¢ Must be able to travel extensively within region
