Dear forum members,

I am working in Shop balancing ( Highspeed balancing tunnel, Schenck) I am balancing the rotors by using static / couple method. (Pedestal vibrations) only which is very much useful This correction reduces the all vibrations below the operating speed and at the operating speed also. and some times using single plane correction also depending upon the requirement.

Some times after the above correction also there are some peaks (vibrations) below the operating speed which are little bit higher vibrations compared to operating speed. For this type vibrations, i am attending separately to reduce the vibrations and this will effect vibration at operating speed also some times.

Can any one suggest how  to do correction at multispeed or any excel sheet software available.

When you use the term "operating speed" are you referring to the test speed in the balancing tunnel which can at times be different than the final machine operating speed?
