I am working to fill a Engineering & Maintenance Director opening for Pfizer. This is out of the McPherson, KS location.

The Hiring Managers are open to reviewing candidates with various amounts of experience and pay requirements. The competitive bar is set by the candidates who express interest.

Expectations include:

Education requirement – Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Business or Finance degree. Experience – Minimum of 10 years of related experience in project engineering and/or maintenance and facilities experience in a pharmaceutical, cGMP, Sterile Site, Septic Site, or healthcare product manufacturing environment. Preferred drug product manufacturing experience. Minimum of 5 years at the managerial level successfully directing and developing staff level colleagues.
