Dear Terrence

Thanks for your efforts to have the For sale forum reopened. It is very useful for technicians.

I also know that the seller’s information has been registered. I wonder whether the equipment’s sold is the same as they described. Who will check it.

Because the trade amount is quite big. So the buyers need to consider carefully.

I have been contacting to buy a vibration portable on our web, but I  experienced the difficulty on making payment.

The seller will never ship the goods to the buyer until they recive the payment. The buyer will also never tranfer money before they make sure that the device works property as introduced.

Because this a big amount.

I want to make payment through the bank. But the seller didnt agree.

Then how to make the trade.!!!

I have an idea.

I am a member on the web. I trust our web.

So our web can play role as a bank. Where the buyer can transfer money.

Our web has a responibility to check the device works well as the seller told. The buyer  will pay for inspection fees.

After that, the device will be delivery  to the buyer.

Or Our web will recive the device for inspection then post ad on the web.

The best regards.

IMO, "our web", meaning this forum, is not and should not be in the banking business nor be responsible for properly functioning equipment.
