Has anyone on the forum used these pressure relief grease zerks and drain plugs. They were mentioned in an article that I read named "How to Design an Electric Motor Regreasing Program".
It was a fine article and it sounds like a good concept. I suppose you could still over pack the bearing even with a pressure relief, but it may be of some benefit. ??? I wouldn't know the appropriate pressure relief range for say, the 25-200 hp range of motors.
