Is the vibration amplitude is increasing or yet stable during operational in trending? or any variation or alteration that leads to this vibration? what is the orientation of pump? vertical or horizontal type. as i seen in your shared picture, the dominant peak is at 1xRPM with an 4.4 mm/s and 5.0 mm/s rms, and falls under Zone B, Category II as per ISO. Normally, 1xRPM falls on structural looseness, try to do phase analysis to determine the point. If i were you, i will run the machine at BEP and take a vibration reading then summarize then share to us if you cant interpret, you can do also motor solo run disregard the motor vibration and focus on pump, you can also, check the shims and standardize the number or misalignment reset.

According to the plot, the peak vibration is less then 1xSS; certainly not normal. If the pump shaft speed is accurate and is direct driven from motor, then there may be resonant structure (piping or foundation). Can you provide pump type, speed, power, and drive arrangement?

Dear Walt,

Multistage pump with 2977 rpm speed, rated power is 710kW, head is 1200m and flow is 145m3/h. It is coupled with motor horizontally.

Hi, can you identify the dominant peak? It is somewhere around 0.8X

It seems to be a external problem rather than internal (in the pump). 
Loosen bolts or structural issues with the machine are usually low frequency and also visible on any horizontal position, kindly confirm if you see these peaks on other positions as well. Likewise, other people have listed the checklist you need to follow in order to solve this problem..
