A Day In The Life Typically Includes:
- Assist in the development of new predictive techniques and programs for plant equipment
- Collect and analyze vibration, ultra sound, oil sampling and thermographic information for plant equipment including: fans, blowers, electrical motors, gearboxes, compressors and conveyors
- Perform precision maintenance on imbalance fans, misaligned shaft couplings, loose or weak bases, failed bearings, worn sheaves, improper mountings and correct inadequate lubrication
What You Will Need:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three (3) years’ of experience working in a Reliability Technologies position in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment where daily duties include data collecting, analyzing, and reporting
- Experience working with condition monitoring and precision maintenance tools such as: vibration meter, thermal imager, ultra sound probe, stroboscope, and laser alignment tool
- Level I certification in Vibration Analysis OR willing and able to obtain Level I certification in Vibration Analysis
- Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment
- Willing and able to work a rotating twelve (12) hour shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations to include wearing safety equipment i.e. safety glasses hearing protection, steel-toed boots and other PPE as required by specific jobs

- Level I certification in Ultrasonic or Infrared Analysis
