If you have been down since the time this was posted, this would be a cold start. Borescope cannot see all places that the turbine can rub; on gear you may be able to hear a rub--you might go in the exhaust or inlet (if it is not deafining). Not seeing any rubs, is a good sign to place the unit on turning gear (jogging, whaterver you have). (Once someone described to me the rubbing sound on a turbine as whales mating--I wonder how they knew.)
You do not have a specific procedure from the vendor. Have you made an official inquiry?
