ISO /NAS are very very high if your turbine has a hydraulic control system.

I would replace the main oil filter elements (and maybe the oil conditioner) regardless of the running diff pressure or their appearant condition.

Also I would ask for a lab test to identify the contaminants and based on that I'll trace the source.

Any water contents?

No water contents. Contamination and viscosity is our in house analysis report and Varnish is from 3rd party analysis report. 3rd Party results are attached. Oil conditioner replacement is a costly exercise.

I'm not sure but the report shows very high water content (926 ppm).

Is the oil used also to lubricate the turbine's bearing?

Look at the system on the site to find a low drain point. You may remove a large deal of the water by draining the accomulated water from low points.

In my previous post, i suggested to replace the filter elements not the conditioner as a whole.

Filter elements never chocked in history.

Lube oil is different.

A little background please-what is the specific oil type-MFG/ISO Grade? Age of oil? Duty cycle? Is this a peaking or baseload unit? The reason I ask is that different lubricants used as hydraulic fluid in turbines have different acceptance criteria and different mitigating actions.
