Its that time of the year again when individuals and corporate bodies cluster together to chart the course of the incoming year. For individuals its all about new resolutions or goals as the case maybe while corporate bodies engage in more in depth planning / strategising the direction of the organisation in the incoming year. Which ever the case i believe setting goals counts as a fundamental step on the ladder to success.

I recently learnt from a friend on the importance of using a single theme from which objectives can be derived and finally achievable goals are set using the SMART Methodology. So personally my theme for 2016 is ADVANCEMENT

2015 was a fantastic year for me and 2016 is going to be even more exciting so my singular purpose is to advance forward by building on the foundations established in 2015 and to keep improving as i go.
