We use POLYTEC.COM Instruments for non-contact laser vibration measurements on bladed rotors. We also use MTI Instruments for visible light transducers.

Are you referring to steam turbines, gas turbines, or wind turbines?

These techniques have been used in the field like for instance torsional testing. Your best bet would be to contact the OEM of turbine as they specialize in this type of testing. They know what is normal as depending on manufacturer they have records of various testing and resonances of blade groupings. Many designs of blades exist out there. Good luck J
