I am an I/T specialist, and have just migrated our Maintenance Manager's PC from XP to Windows 7.
He is using MP2 Windows 2000. Everything migrated fine, except that when he goes to print a work order, only the blank form prints, not the data that goes in it. All other forms (such as PO's) print just fine.
He said that this happened once before (before my hire date), and that my predecessor had done something to fix it, but he could not recall what.
Has anyone heard of this, and do you know how I can fix it? Thank you in advance.
(ps: I am talking to Infor about getting us out of the dark ages and to the current version).
