Could you sharing me how to proper calculation for urgent manhour spent indicator:

Currently, I have 2 reporting while different data calculate.

First one use only manhour spent for corrective urgent priority devide by total corrective manhour spent in a month (Target < 10%)

Second last use manhour spent for corrective urgent priority devide by total corrective and preventive manhour spent in a month. (Target < 5%)


Which one is correct? and the appropiate target should be set?
